All about heroes

I try to be very careful when I create heroes to make them flawed but likable and lovable. What do you like to see in a hero?

I love to see a tortured hero, definitely with flaws, but with heroic qualities too.

Oh, Ava, you are so right! Gotta have those abs. What about a tat? I just finished a book about a cowboy who has a rearing mustang tattooed on his abs.
