Ooh ok I will have to see when I get back to my computer at home. I've already saved a member so I can't redo that description unfortunately. Anna could you maybe do Alice in zombie land for A so I could do the horror? Lol
Or you could always save yourself too ;)
I'm happy to switch my book to A if you want. As long as I still get to read it, I don't care where it fits in lol
Oh btw annaI recall there was a 700 page edition of paper towns and there's a buddy read for it
So if you post four updates
We get two buddy points as well. Hope it's not too much trouble!
Thanks! I'll go edit my post to reflect the higher page count. Do I need to link to that edition? Because I'm having a hard time finding it. Where should I post the updates for it? I think I did one or two random status updates while I was reading it already. And I'll put LoS down for trees when I finish it.
644 pages https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...Buddy Read: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
Thanks Anna :)
Nikinnia wrote: "I might do Stolen for something that flies so we get the buddy points."I recommend it! It was weird but a page turner. 5 stars for me ;)

Maybe that she was checking in I can't remember :-) We are doing pretty good on game to as well :-) great job team!Sarah did you ever hear from our missing player? I don't think she has ever posted anything, well
LOL! I'm surprised you understood my above post Sarah :-) sometimes on my phone things get switched around and then I post before I look at it ;-)
I removed Kysa from the team on sunday? I think? She never responded to my messages so I crossed her off.
Romance, really would be nice if there was a paranormal description ;-)Have you read the series before? It is really what got me reading YA, Because I really didn't start reading a lot until I was around 25.
That's why I'm so impressed with you youngsters, I was really up to no good when I was your age :-)
No I hadn't read it before. I've seen the movies, but I kinda stayed away from Twilight, Harry Potter, and the mainstream books. I used to be into YA, but stopped reading it. Now I'm back into it and I love it. Lol.I got really heavily into African American urban fiction for awhile.
LOL! I was going to say that Twilight was my very first vampire book as well, now I can't seem to get enough :-)I pretty much just read fiction like Oprah's book club stuff and alike, and a lot of mysteries
Now I'm pretty much all over the place and I definitely love YA
I think Twilight was my first vampire book, too. I really liked the Vampire Kisses series though. And what I read of the Vampire Diaries was okay. I was obsessed with vampire books in high school.
@Nikinnia
Trees on cover or maybe use it towards the 800 page or romance? we can start a new game if you like!
I can do trees. I'm slowly getting through Cider House Rules for 800. It's a great book, but really long. I'm about halfway through.
I think she just needs to put it somewhere, otherwise it won't count it all :-) technically we can do trees four times
I found an edition with over 900 pages so I'll just use it for 800+ pages and I'll figure out Cider House Rules for something else.
I like mystery as well. James Patterson and J.D. Robb are my favorites. I also read the 1st 3 Sue Grafton alphabet books.
I think Jackie just submitted a beach cover. Let's do part 1 for a third time. I think we can manage that :)
My book RN will count for author named SarahAlso speaking of Sarah ;-) she put out a call for another player to join our team either from fun or solo, but I don't think anyone offered
Ok if that's the case let's do part 1 again because I don't know where to put throne of glass heheHope someone joins us soon!
I'll be doing Amy and Rogers epic detour for the food on the cover (burger on one of the editions) ;)
I have to google every time an American thing comes up in Amy and Roger's Epic Detour! So confused! Do you guys like In-N-Out Burger?Do you know what Cheesesteaks, Red Vines and Abba Zaba's are? Just curious ;)

I think red vines are sticks of liquorice? I've seen them about in the american cany section on the works (UK book shop)
Ooh interesting! They must not stock it much in Australia unless it's in specialty candy shops.Have you heard of The natural confectionary co or Allens? i think they might be Australian

We have the natural confectionary. :)
We don't have red vines, but we can get liquorice in quite a lot of places. It tastes of strawberry, but it has quite a waxy feel to it. I quite like it, but i hate the black one.
Abba-Zaba are taffy candy bars with peanut butter centers - They don't look nice at all on the pictures, but I don't like peanut butter!
Yah it looks interesting! I think I might like them if I tried one hahaI'm wondering if there is an Australian road trip book out there because then I wouldn't be so lost xD
LOL! Christina In and Out is a burger place only on the West Coast , And it is the best burger place, they only serve burgers and fries and you need to live here to learn the menu ;-)Red vines my favorite candy it is yes hollowed out red licorice
Abba Zabba is like a white taffy with peanut butter in the middle it is long and rectangular and pretty flat, if that makes sense, also quite delicious!
Seriously send me a PM with your address and I will mail you some of these candies and any others you find for this book :-)
And then of course the next time I'm in Australia I'll be stocking you wink
@BeritHaha thanks for the offer but postage will be so expensive just to send a few lollies! :p
I love a good burger. Too bad you can't send one of those!!
Roger in the book loves Reeses Pieces. They sound yummy too xD

And I'll do Mara Dyer for R then. I'm happy to cover whatever topics you guys want me to cover. Just let me know where to fit my books in if changing their position helps.
I'm also reading The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell right now, and I could fit that in for book with a tree on the cover or book with an animal on the cover since it has both. If those are both taken, I could always go for the 800 pages one with that one and another book.
