Double appearance on shelf

Apologies if this is included somewhere and I couldn't find it, but I keep seeing the same titles appearing twice on my shelves. When I check them they seem to be combined already? Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

They seems to be combined (?) but I have both of them as separately listed on my read shelf (?). I have a similar problem with several other books.

Any ideas?
