Added book to series, but not showing up

Hi,

I've tried combining my serieses, but they aren't showing up after I add the book. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

The series should contain the following books:

PODs series:
PODs
The Infected, a PODs novel

AND

The Freedom Series:
Finding Willow
Unspeakable
