One of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights is the proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture. Thousands of innocent victims across the globe have become activists for their freedom.
Electromagnetic mind control technologies are weapons which use electromagnetic waves to hijack a person’s brain and nervous system and subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making. This article is a brief introduction to mind control technologies, the grave situation of hidden mind control abuses and tortures, and victims, including Soleilmavis Liu, whose work is to expose mind control technologies and their torturous abuses, and to urge governments worldwide to investigate and halt these egregious violations of human rights.
The development of mind control methods and technologies has a long history. Nazi researchers used concentration camp inmates to test a cocaine-based "wonder drug" they hoped would enhance the performance of German troops.

In 2002, the Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a technology: Nonleghal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of Voice to Skull is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports. Many mind control victims also have claimed to be harassed by Voice to Skull technologies.

Soleilmavis writes about how she was targeted by such technologies which involved being taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong.
Suffering horrible pain and many other strange symptoms, Soleilmavis discovered she and many other people were test-subject victims for the study of electromagnetic spectrums mind control weapons and global surveillance equipment.
Soleilmavis is now working to seek justice by exposing these horrible crimes to the public.
Twelve Years in the Grave is according to Soleilmavis not the stuff of science fiction but, rather, her real-life horror of discovering her own government was covertly employing mind manipulation technologies.
