Its a book about a guy who's in a coma and while in it he has this dream about this women. Its like he's actually living this life. To him it feels real. The women in the dream is real and has the same dream when she sleeps at night. I cant remember what the name of this book is. TIA :)~Angel

Hi so this sounds really simillar to Beautiful Illusion by Jacquie Underdown. It's the only book I read with this kind of plot. Hope this helps :)

Could be wrong but it sounds like The Girl in Between. It's written in the girls perspective. She has Sleeping Beauty Syndrome (Klein Levin) and dreams of the boy. It's a little paranormal/fantasy so I don't think it's what your looking for but it's worth the read because it's an amazing series!
