tomorrow, midday is going to be a little crazy for me. We're picking up over 2800 boxes of Girl Scout cookies and then I have to divide out my daughters 200+ boxes and prep them for getting to her customers....SO :D I'll be a little busy but I'll be back :D LOL

I don't like what the author did to some of the original people who gave reviews...and I'm not a real big fan of violent boys or possessive ones...
hmmm.... I'm willing to give The Perfect Game a try though! :D

I think this book is a bit weird and contradicting in several scenes.

Jack got mad when Cassie didn't trust him. But on the way home from the game, he knew already from Dean why she hadn't answer his call or call him. He tried to explain the situation and after she said she was sorry and now she understood he had nothing to do with that girl, he became furious. It made no sense whatsoever.

and yeah, we get a very rough description of her. I do find it a little odd that he ran after her so hard so quickly. I guess it's rushed to keep the book short but wow, it feels rushed!

I'm annoyed with this guys' dimples. another thing constantly mentioned...

I can't figure out why he is so positive that she is such a good person. Because she didn't fall for him? she could just be a bigger ass than he is which would make her worse - not better than him...

this is odd...I don't understand why he likes her.

I'd want to punch him if he called me "Kitten" too.

21% when he told Andrea to not talk about Cassie that way or he'd find someone to teach her some respect.

I don't think I've ever read a book where the MC male threatened a girl - unless it was a book about abusive relationships :(

yeah, the story was just somehow...I didn't connect either, with either character.

Beautiful Disaster is so much better. I could see the similarities, but BD is well written and not at all as annoying as this.

Yes, that nickname annoyed me also. The way Jack behaved also irritated me. He treated women (other than his "Kitten") like dirt. Calling Chrystle a slut after their night together. I knew she was, but still I don't like to hear that word from a guy.

Oh and eye rolling. I actually rolled my eyes when Cassie rolled hers when she heard the doorbell rang. I wouldn't have minded if it was not too often.

And the F-bombs.

I agree, Jack was just awful to women as a whole.

yes, I'm somehow glad we read it. I read a review mentioning how stupid Jack was about the whole pregnant thing. He should have taken she to a hospital to make sure she really was pregnant or at least used a pregnancy test. Good point, right?
Are you going read book 2? I don't think I will.

Yeah, the pregnancy thing. That was just dumb beyond belief. I thought her getting beat up seemed a pretty big stretch and odd part of the book too.

Nope on book 2. I might if it was free and we buddy read it! LOL! but on my own, no way....It's supposed to be Dean and melissa, right? Or is it still Jack and...*sigh* Kitten?
