This was a very nice fiction book I bought from Barnes and Noble around 2009 or 2010. I think part of the title was 'Encyclopedia of...'. It was written by a husband and wife I think. It had a white cover with creative illustrations of creatures. It covered mythological creatures and beasts from all over the world, including many I had never heard of before. I think the couple also wrote one or two other books that were about similar topics. I want to say this one was published in 2004 or 2005. I can't remember if there were illustrations or not. The entries were in alphabetical order, if I remember correctly.
