I think this should be merged with this but I also need a second opinion. The books was marked as books 1 to 3 from the series. My first edit was to remove (Vernor Vinge Omnibus) from the title. My second one was to revert a title change. However looking at the initial title and cover, and doing a search I think these are the same edition. Please either merge (I have not separated the editions, but will if needed) or advise me if I should revert my title change.

It seems it was created as an ACE, however looking at the default edition, the latest cover change seem to have bee to upload a better version of the cover. Previously amazon has changed the cover but I did not revert the changes as it seems to have happened some time ago.
As they are currently both editions are duplicates.

Now I have actually read it, and it turned out to be an incomplete fanfic, so it should not be in the database.
When I click ”delete this book. ” I am told that only books with less than 5 reviews can be deleted. This one has none. Clicking delete I get the error message:
”Only super-librarians can delete books with so many reviews ”
J, this is because normally 'deleting' means 'merging into an existing edition'. Since this book has no other editions, it is not possible to merge, it needs to be actually deleted. As this is quite a big step it can only be done by supers, it's a kind of safety measure. I agree the message is confusing.(I'm not a super, so it still needs to be deleted. But I did check AO3 and it is indeed a WIP.)

They were originally separated, and a librarian has combined them.
But I no longer want them available on Goodreads. Am I not allowed to remove them? I understand people can read the entire manuscript for free here. Why, then, would they bother to buy it?

As far as the preview feature, that pulls the Look Inside preview over from Amazon. I don't know how long your book is, but there appear to be 5 chapters in the preview, both here and on Amazon. If it should be less than that, you need to contact Amazon.
You are also welcome to contact Goodreads Support (use the Contact Us link on the Help page) about any issues with the preview.

I think it should be NAB-ed.#127 based on the number of pages (I know, not always reliable for ebooks) and this link http://mobilismbooks.org/viewtopic.ph... which has a cover for a 3-books omnibus edition, I think the 3-books edition was meant. I don't think it is an official edition though.

#140 no merge, was marked as ACE in librarian note, confirmed the covers are different. Added ACE note to description.
#126 - NAB-ed#127 - Not sure what to think of that one either.
#128 - Reverted the cover change so it was back to it's original (and valid cover), then made sure both ACE editions were marked as ACEs. Removed the merge from the title field, since it is a valid ACE.
