Book no longer link with my author page

My book "Linemates" is no longer linked to my Goodreads author page. It was fine this morning. How do I get it back on that page? Thanks!

Did you by any chance recently change your author name by putting a space between the initials? GR standard would have your name as D.K. Dunn, and that's what is on your book. I'll change the book for now, but the profiles may have to be merged.
