I agree his French is quite good. I believe he spends a great deal of time (or did) in France.

Ah, the Mr. Creosote sketch! I heart Monty Python :)
S3 Ep 1 had me in stitches the first half. Especially during the scene with Sherlock and Mycroft while Sherlock's getting dressed after "being rescued". My favorite meeting of old friends was w/ Inspector Lestrade, I have to say. Rupert Graves is perfection to me anyways but what he said and how he said it when faced with Sherlock was brilliant. And how about that kiss after shaking the glass out of his hair?...I was jealous. Not gonna lie ;)
Apparently they had a "mini episode" back in December to peak everyone's interest again. You can watch it for free at www.pbs.com It was pretty clever how they built up to the fact that he could be alive. Its only about 7 minutes but you understand more why Lestrade simply said what he said when meeting Sherlock again. Also had a scene with Watson that nearly made me cry!

I actually found myself liking Anderson. And Lestrade did THE best head desk movement ever! :D

So did I! I laughed so damn much at that. Rupert Graves and Jonathan Aris work so well together.

I get 3 pbs channels, but being in Canada, I can't access the episodes on the website, but those of you in the US should be able to I would think

I've looked it up for you Happy. Its on Thursday @ 9:00 p.m. and then right after is a special about all the actors who've played Sherlock Holmes. Might be interesting. Also if you miss the 9:00 replay, its on again @ 2:00 a.m.

Hmmm.....reeeeehilllllllllllllleeeeeeee? That was my best over the computer impression of how Jim Carrey says "really" all interested in the Ace Ventura movies. No one probably knows what I'm talking about, ha!

That's all it is. A rumour. Seasons 4 and 5 have already been planned out.
Really, each season is basically 3 movies anyway, as at 90 minutes, each one is considered feature length.

Glad to hear there's a season 4 & 5 to look forward to! Awesome :D

The ending Andy? Surprised?

I hope not."
I take it, yous thought the ending appropriate? diffo to say too much for fear of spoilers for the colonial viewers I guess :)

I couldn't believe that X........ ;) as if we'd spoil it for yous

Dust and Shadow: An Account of the Ripper Killings by Dr. John H. Watson
Just had to review it. :)

I don't know if it is true or not, but the source I had it from is reliable.
Because there won't be time to shoot the next season before the end of this year, they will shoot a one off Christmas special for Christmas 2014.

Fantastic script with incredible nuances. Had to go and blog about it this morning. :D

Probably the extra content that's on the dvds.

As I am going to be in London for 3 weeks next year I am hoping they'll be doing some London filming whilst I am there.

It would be the icing of the trip cake. But I won't bewail if it doesn't happen. Benedict will be in rehearsals for "Hamlet" so any filming would be with other characters anyway. :)

Ooooooh. *wants*
Alas, too rich for my blood at the moment, with saving for London next year.

Hahaha!
Those are awesome :)

Both Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch have excellent comedic timing. Though Benedict swears everything he knows about comedy he learned from Martin.
