Kindle edition and paperback format

I have a paperback version, and a kindle version, but each one says that there are no other formats. I looked and looked but couldn't figure out how to make it clear that there are two versions of this book, so that if someone is looking at one version, they know there is another version. Also, not sure how to indicate that Call me Jane is the next book in the series (or trilogy.)

I am hosting a giveaway of the paperback copy, but want to make sure people know there is a kindle version, since I'm doing this of course as a promotion.

One last question, for the giveaway, do they send you an email at the end to let you know who to send the books to?

The two editions just need to be combined - I went ahead and did that.

I created a series here and added both books two it. I cross referenced your website, but let me know if anything needs to be changed.

I can't help for sure with the giveaway question, but I would assume that you would definitely get some sort of notification (whether an e-mail or through Goodreads) with that information.
