The Kate Daniels series is nearly as fantastic as the Night Huntress series. but honestly no one can beat Bones.

Nalini Singh's Guildhunter's series archangel Raphael reminds me of Mircea in Angel's Blood.

I have read BDB, Nighthuntress, Immortals After Dark. And pretty much liked all of them, BDB being big favorite over the two others. I love the humor- the darker, the better, and the romance parts of the series (though Immortals after dark gets a little too HEA for me at times!)
I tried wicked nights by Gena Showalter (I thought yay cold awesome angel, cant go wrong), but meh cant finish it. I find the characters super annoying... and boring. Havent tried lords of the underworld, but since I didnt like that book I doubt I will enjoy her other books.
I have also read Chigaco Land vampires, and I liked the humor, but Ethan just pissed me off to no end. So yeah, need new ideas for books similar to what I have described. ;)
Cheers!
