Welcome Kristin! I'm glad that you are going to join us for the challenge. Could you link your books. I always groan when someone has a full list up and I ask that... but you just have two up, so it won't be a huge headache to edit your message. Kristin, I read The Art of Racing in the Rain
last year. I treasured every word! Two years ago, we had a yellow lab, Sammy, whom we had to put down due to old age and illness. This book reminded me so much our beloved Sammy! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
I have a three year old laboradoodle, he's my buddy, third child! He is a trained therapy dog and works with me, I know often wonder what he is thinking!
(From Helen #2). Yeah darling daughter - you got here. Welcome aboard. You will really enjoy this challenge and all the lovely folks who share the reading experiences with us. The Art of Racing in the Rain is a great book. Keep some tissues handy.
What did you think of Cannery Row. When I moved, I discovered I had the book hidden away. I should read it before I forget I have it again.
It was good, nice character study. I had been to Monterey about a year ago, so had to read it! Not as much of a quick read as I had thought. Just finished
On to find E.
I have The House At Riverton waiting patiently to be read. I'm looking forward to what you think of it.
