Wrong edits showing up

Ok this is going to sound weird but in my librarian edits page it shows that i have make some edits in last few days which i have NEVER made.. i'm 100% sure that i havent made those edits...so why is it showing up?? has it ever happened to any of you librarians???

3, 4 ,5 & 6th edit...

Looks to me that you did a combine and then the rest of those ones are the auto updates transferring shared information lacking on one to the partner one. Does that sound plausible?

nope i didnt do anything to those books...
