Maddy, I've been wanting to read that book! I need to see if my library has it; they didn't when I first checked, back when the book just came out.

Hi Lydia, welcome to the group.
Hi I'm Lilac and I'm from Wales. I like to read (duh) and read some more! :) I also enjoy doing nail art, sometimes cooking and well just other random stuff. My favourite movies are The Titanic and The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I've got way too many favourite book to list but some are Harry Potter, books by George Orwell, The Book Thief, anythings YA dystopia and more.
Olá Lilás, sou brasileira e talvez tenha dificuldade em me expressar, porém estou tentando. Também gostei de Titanic e as Vantagens de Ser Invisível. Apesar de já não ser uma garota li Harry Potter e A Menina que Roubava livros. Gosto imensamente de ler. Até porque para escrever, preciso ler muito. Talvez possa lhes apresentar alguns escritores brasileiros bastante inteligentes e criativos.
Hi I'm Lauren :) I'm from Texas. I like ice cream and I dislike dogs. My favorite song at the moment is behind blue eyes by Limp Bizkit. And lastly I can lick my elbow :)
Hi, I'm Caitlin. I'm from Christchurch, New Zealand. I love dancing and reading although it is hard to do both at the same time. My favourite books of all time are the Roald Dahl novels but my favourites of more recent times have been Middlesex and Oryx and Crake- I grew up a wee bit. Maybe. I am a full time student. I can't stand people wearing socks in bed and I love popcorn.

I am also from southeast Mi ... welcome neighbor!
Hi! I am Shonda, I live in Iowa. I am 31 years old and work in Transportation/Management. I love to read and always have, and have a vast array of favorite books so it is difficult to narrow it down to just one. My favorite read of this year is Cloud Atlas (haven't yet seen the movie but heard it's decent as well). I also love YA and appreciated the Hunger Games trilogy as well as the Perks of Being a Wallflower, Looking for Alaska, and Why We Broke Up. Outside of reading I love music and own about 1500 vinyl records, love movies and love to travel. Anything I can do to expand my knowledge and learn more, I will. Feel free to add me as a friend or send me reading suggestions. I am open to all genres but tend to gear away from science fiction or James Patterson-type books (not sure why but it's true). Looking forward to being involved in this group!!

I'm in Adrian, how about you?
Hello I'm Joey. I live in Glennville GA. I like chocolate milk and I dislike lightning storms. My wife and I are book collectors, some say book hoarders but what do they know. The best book of all time is The Hobbit, the best movie of all time is The Matrix, and the song of the day is a tie between 'Song for RO-HE-GE' by Big Blood and 'The Surrealist Waltz' by Pearls Before Swine (it will change tomorrow). No interesting facts about me other than that my wife finds me interesting (thank god for that) and that's about it.
Hi, I'm Kyle. I'm 24 and living in Tampa, FL. My favorite book is Into Thin Air. When not reading, I play a lot of soccer.
Hi guys! My name is Sam. I'm 22 years old and I live in Ottawa, ON with my fiancé and our fat cat. I work in property management for office buildings. I love reading, and spend most of my free time curled up with a book! I'm not even going to attempt to list my favorite books, because it would be a long list :P I love most genres though (with the exception of romance) and one of my favorite authors is Neil Gaiman. Fun fact about me: I'm obsessed with any and all things Sherlock Holmes. If you tell me a book/show/movie/anything is at all Holmes-related, I'm there! I look forward to getting to know everyone in the group; you seem like a fun gang! :)
Hi there everyoneMy name is Jean (as in a pair of denim jeans). The only things I don't read are romance and drama. Unless they come highly recommended and I'll give it a bash anyway. Have been an avid reader all my life and now that I have found e-readers and e-books (personally I think the best things invented since the bread slicer)....my library is growing by leaps and bounds.
Unfortunately, here in SA we don't have the volume of books available as overseas, but I have noticed that the "lists" are growing and am very excited about that.
One of the reasons I joined is that I cannot wait to "talk" books with bookworms like me.
Bookworms rule!!!!
Hello everyone! I;m Dalu, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Argentina. I just became obsessed with YA, dystopian books like Delirium, Matched and Divergent. Right now I'm reading the Uglies saga
Hello and welcome! Jean, I think you'll find that you'll feel at home here. I know I love to talk about books and read books. My to-read queue is getting rather out of control and I find that joining book clubs helps me tackle the books that I want to read because otherwise, I'll just keep adding to that to-read shelf and burying all the other books that I had added before.
Dalu, I'm very picky with my YA dystopia so I'm not sure I'd be a good person to share opinions with. I thoroughly disliked Divergent/Insurgent, hated the Maze Runner trilogy, only enjoyed the first Hunger Games book...it sounds like I dislike the genre but I truly don't. I really am just very picky when it comes to that!
Hi! I'm Becca Lee NyxI love all kinds of books. Harry Potter takes me back to my childhood! I LOVE the Lord of the Rings, Anything by Darren Shan and Neal Shusterman. The Hunger Games was epic, and I'm currently reading A Casual Vacancy by J.K. Rowling.
I'm a wife and SAHM of two kids. I love to read books. I also write and crochet. I somewhat known fact, but it's not known here, is that I play the harp. I started when I was 8 and took lessons until I was a senior in High school. I down't play it near as often as I used to but, I do play around with it from time to time.
Marie wrote: "Yay, a Harry Potter fan!I feel like I'm the only one here who is."
I've never been a Potter fan, i tryied to read some of the books and it kind of bored me, i never finished even watching the movies i think the last one i saw was the 5th one.
I got really obsessed with the Twilight saga, like really obessed, but the movies kind of disappointed me :S
Marie, you can add me to to Harry Potter fan club! I haven't read the books in years (it's pretty rare for me to reread books, though when I was younger I'd read the HP books every summer!) but I loved them when I was a kid/teenager. I'm actually realizing now though that I don't think I've seen all the movies. I think the last one I saw was the fifth one.
