How can I combine these 2 books?

The author is a (Goodreads Librarian)

First make sure the author's name is the same, which is not the case here. When we click on the page one has "goodread author" next to his name, the other one has not it.
As I do not speak arabic, I can't tell you where is the mistake in the name.
You just have to correct the author's name and then you can combine as usually.

Actually the name is written exactly the same! i don't know why doesn't appear (Goodreads Author) in the second book!

Nope, they're different. One has a ي (yaa) and the other an aliph maqsura.
