I so want to read that series! But only for the covers, I haven't actually heard much good about it though :(
Haha! I used to have a friend who is crazy obsess with it! I only read the first book and I thought it was dark and unique :P
That is interesting! I need a good paranormal, that will get me addicted. I mean I have been reading fantasy too much
me too, that's why I switch to cont. romance now...I need a break from paranormal, but still, I'm doing reviews for them :P
I'm into contemporary romance lately.. and some paranormal ya fantasy. I need a tear jerker on summer or a summer read.
I am in complete agreement, I find myself feeling so relieved after a tear-jerking read, it's great to escape for a while...
I am into contemporary, but I can't seem to give up children's fantasy. So I read that a lot too.. But I have read a lot more fantasy after joining a group for young adult contemporary books
I guess they are fantasy novels that can be read by kids as well. So I call it that. they focus purely on plot, but keep it interesting with like funny narration, and stuff like that
Nope I haven't Bea, but I love books about alchemy, it is really interestingI think Percy Jackson can be read by all, but I think more like Roald Dahl novels. have you read anything by him? The writing style in them is very different from other YA and other genre novels
As part of my English course in Uni, I have to read
, but I think it was quite dark for children, or it is one of his more mature works?

I see...That was my first Roald Dahl's books :P I haven't read others though! Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is also one of his works right?
As in black and white old? haha! Probably I'll try to search for it online :P I doubt they will have a rerun on TV :(
Its not black and white, it is colour, but you know how old colour films look like. They might put it one TV, there are channels here that specifically run only old films
I have only one channel in my TV that does so, but they repeats the same old movies since I was born LOL
I wanted to watch Gone with the Wind too! Can you believe I never watched the greatest romance movie ever made? haha (as what I heard many people say :P)
I haven't watched GOne WIth the Wind yet, but they play it so many times. So i think I will watch it soon lol
Eww old films.. Im actually watching one in english right now.. One flew over the cuckoo's nest.. We just finished reading the book
I watch a lot of old films in other languages, I haven't watched too many English come to think of it
Wow..? I think I need to watch more movies lol. There are more English movie channels on telly anyway
