Hey Steph...will be giving the "go" every week or just the first week? I thought you were only doing it the first week and after that we would just follow whatever time we did the first week? Meaning that if the first week I posted at 7:30pm my time, I'd do the same in the following weeks?
I understood her to say that she will give the start time the first week. Then every week after that the team captains should draw their card around the same time each week.
★MARK THIS TIME★ The time is now 6:15a, Sunday JST. ;)
Team captains, you may now draw a card and get your team on the board. This week, each team will move on the board. From this week forward, however, in order for your team to move forward, all members must have read, rated and reviewed their book by this time (give or take) next week.![]()

This will hopefully give everyone a reference starting point for each week going forward. Team captains may draw as early as 6a (JST) and as late as ... well, as late in the day as needed. I'd prefer no one start any earlier than this time each week, if possible.
Cheers, Game On and Happy Reading, everyone! :D

Gotcha! :D
Ok, so I drew the queen of clubs...which is bat wing...which is on spacr 101...so our first move is to space 101?That's a whole lot of board skipped, so I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.
The card is gonna be called at 3 am( my time ) I will be fast asleep and in dreamland at that time!

Shoot! I forgot to remove that card from your deck, Julianne! >;) LOL!

Something about these team games has me waking up early on Sundays. LOL! I don't normally drag outta bed that early, if I can help it. :)
Belinda, I checked several different places and they all looked blue, except for one thumbnail that looked purple but when you expanded it, it was blue. So I'd have to say Blue.
Thanks Sandra. It may be my moniter. And your right: thumbnail - purple, expanded - blue. I'll add it to my blue covers :)
Vilda wrote: "Are you allowed to change your pick after deciding if you're not liking it? :)"If the rules are the same as they were for Bingo, you can.
Yes, you may change your book as many times as you'd like, as long as it fits the criteria (color, 200+ pgs, etc). :)
Hey Steph , my laptops completely bonked off , with the os gone , hard disk gone , etc and I just have my mobile to access the internet with . This week I may not be able to post proper hyperlinks to the reviews , you know how difficult it is with a mobile . Would you be ok with it , if I just post the comment numbers for the reviews in the points thread?
Man, sorry to hear that, Karen. Been there and it sucks! Best of luck on the fix/retrieval. Sandra wrote: "Either that or one of your team mates could do it for you.
Good luck with the computer Karen!!!"
:) What ^she^ said.

Sadly there is no fix / retrieval , it will cost nearly the price of a new laptop :( :( only silver lining is that I saved most of my stuff on my hard drive , so all of it isn't lost.

That sucks, but YAY for back-ups! I lost a depressing amount of photos and docs when mine crashed/died in 2010. Painful.
It is very , happened to me once long ago when I by mistake uninstalled my os :p after that always keep backups , have learned my lesson.
I too sympathize, I lost my 18 mth old hard drive back in November, luckily I'd backed up all my stuff.Still, things are never the same again. Only cost me $69 for a new one but I'm still trying to get the right look and feel back.
I've got a question
Do our reviews have to be posted on the game board & movement thread before we pick our next card or can we pick and then post a link to the reviews along with our card pick and color for this week?
I hope that makes since :D

~♥ Kat ♥~All reviews must be posted on your thread prior to picking next weeks card. Then when you pick the card and announce it on the Game Board & Team Movements thread you also link to the list which is linked to the reviews. (very similar to Bingo)
Now obviously you have a computer problem and we are happy to work around that. So just do your best :)
From the Rules:
❉ All team members must read, rate and review their book BEFORE moving on; post your book choice, rating and review on your team thread. For this reason, it's important that each team member be able to read, rate and review a book a week. If a team is unable to draw because of a missing team member's post, the entire team will have to wait a week before drawing again.
❉ Captains, be sure to post your team board movements (color of the spot and spot #) each week, along with the book choices, read dates and a link to each team member's review on your team thread. Please share your team's game board progress here as well as your team's thread.
Thats kinda what I ment I knew that the reviews had to be posted on our own thread I just wanted to be sure if the link to the reviews had to be posted before we drew our new card :) I probably could have worded it better :) it was still pretty early in the moring when I posted :) and I never said anything about a computer problem :D
LOL... it happens all the time Sandra :)
Rachel, I see yours as more black than blue, but blue is the primary secondary color, so why not. ;) Paris, yours is definitely purple, IMO.
And, Midu, I see yours as 1/2 blue 1/2 teal/green.
