If Andrew posted about Simon and Fats posted about Cubby, who posted about Miles and Howard as The Ghost of Barry? Samantha sent the letter about Miles, but who did the Internet post? Fats fessed up to all of them.... but what would he have to say about Miles?

Andrew shows Simon how to hack the message board, and tells Simon about Howard's affair with Maureen.
I had thought it was the sister, since she was basically emancipated when she came out. She seemed full of rage and drunk to boot and I would not be surprised if she got her own revenge on her parents. She may have left Pagford, but Pagford wouldn't have left her.
The sister is the one who told Andrew the dirt on her father, but she probably wouldn't have bothered with her mother's message board. It was too small time and small town for her.
