Giveaway Screen shows ISBN error

I am the publisher of a book and the author and I want to offer it as a giveaway. However, when we complete the entry screens, we get an error message saying no book exists in the goodreads library with the given ISBN/ISBN-13/ASIN. There is a page for the book, with the stated numbers if I search goodreads, as well as four members listing it as "to read." What additional steps do I need to take to get the book into the goodreads systems? (Forever the Willows by Sherri Coner, ISBN/ISBN-13/ASIN: 1480125822/9781480125827/4029614.

What number exactly are you entering in the ISBN field on the "list a giveaway" page? It should only be either the ISBN 10 or ISBN 13. For example, you could enter 1480125822 for that particular book, and that should work. Could you try that and see?

Have you tried logging in as Sherri Coner and adding the giveaway?

Thank you. I entered all three numbers ISBN/ISBN-13 and the ASIN. I will enter only one - the ISBN and see if that works. Thank you for helping!
