Hi Amanda,

Yes, I believe I do have that exact book.
Text Publishing re-released many books last year that had become out of print or hard to find. This was one of them. My copy has the same ISBN, is the Text Publishing 2012 edition with the Introduction by Nicolas Rothwell as describe don Text's website.

It has 381 pages, it's just the movel, the extra pages aren't any sort of appendix or addition to the original.

I Purchased it new, direct from the publisher when the series of rereleases were announced last year.
