SOLVED. Anthology of Dragon Short Stories [s]

I'm looking for a collection of short stories for children about dragons. I remember owning this book when I was a kid, so 10-15 years ago. There are two stories in particular that I remember:

In one, a town needed a dragon to gain prestige, but they didn't have one. So they built a makeshift dragon out of boxes and barrels and empty thread spools. And then a real dragon saw it and thought it was a dragon-shaped cave, so crawled into it to sleep and scared all the villagers the next day.

In the other, a bunch of school kids have to paint a mural, and they find a dragon in the supply closet, who helps them agree on what to paint: him. So he lays down on the paper while the teacher is out of the room and gives instructions on what colors to use, etc.

I'd like to use this book with my theatre students this semester, so any help would be appreciated! And the book is NOT The Book of Dragons compiled by Michael Hague or Here There Be Dragons by Jane Yolen.

A Time for Dragons: An Anthology of Philippine Draconic Fiction and The Dragon Book: Magical Tales from the Masters of Modern Fantasy are both collections of stories about dragons. I don't know if your tales are in either of these.

It is unlikely and I don't remember the stories well enough to be certain it is or isn't but... could it be Dragons of Light (edited by Orson Scott Card).

I don't remember the contents of any of these, but they're all dragon short stories. If I find the two I own I'll flip through them and update.

Thanks for all the suggestions -- after scouring the library and the internet, I found it! The Kingfisher Anthology of Dragon Stories. But now, I have a great list of more that I can use!
