I am a brand new author in the young adult / fantasy genre. My passions are both writing and designing, which I was able to express both of these through my new book - designing and writing it.
I have always been interesting in the young adult genre because of the audience. They are willing to except the impossible and have vivid imaginations like myself.
I first created my series back in 2002. Back then the novel was simple and not as dynamic. Through research and years of development (and several books outlined for the series) I settled on the series name (The Legendary Immortals) and self-published my first book through Lulu.com (Volume I: The Beginning) on January 11th.

A very brief description of the novel:
"Day 034: October 21, 2003 – Monday - Something is happening to me that I don’t fully understand. It seems my whole life has been designed to bring me to this point, and I can’t quite hate my whole life. I feel things in a new way. It’s beginning to scare me. I believe I can do things normal people can’t do. What did he do to me? What is happening to me...?"
The first book of the series, The Beginning, is about a young girl, Selene, who is thrown into a life full of seemingly unnatural beings after she is shot by a mysterious man and strangely brought back to life. She struggles in her new life and utilizes her new acquired skills to help protect those she cares about, and to get her revenge on the very man who made her this way. But it is not as easy as she hoped it would be and things turn into more than she thought she could handle.
She is a hero to them, but she comes something even greater.
She becomes a Legend. But that is only the beginning...
