Spinward Fringe? I found those to be really fun. Enough Hard Science to statisfy my Nerd-bone and enough fantasy style character driven story with complexity to satisfy my ...what ever bone that is... I read through all of them boom-boom-boom, which is rare, usually I force a break as I read. Good fun space story that one is.

I'm going to shorten the nomination period so we can get the book selected sooner. That way people will have more time to acquire the book through whatever means works best for them.
