Each month the group reads 4 books so that's a total of 48 books per year. Only books we read as a group during 2013 count towards this challenge. You don't have to challenge yourself to read all 48 books. You could challenge yourself to read as many as you want as long as its less than 48 since the group will only read 48 books this year.
I've set the goal of 12, so to read at least one for each month though maybe not during that month.... so far I haven't gotten around to it since I'm already reading 5 at once >.< though i'm really looking forward to some of them :D
I don't know where to start. I homeschool 3 kids (ages 3-10) and work part time and bring the kids to endless activities, so I have limited time for reading. If you could pick ONE book from the list so far, which would it be and why? (My favorite books so far have been hunger games, divergent, twilight, and matched series.). Thanks!
Divergent! For starters, it's NOT a crappy love triangle, it's got similar intense action like the Hunger Games and a great set of characters (unlike Twilight and Matched- those 2 were bad) Hunger Games is good too though, so either of the two I guess, the concept of HG was good, it just had an un-enjoyable ending.
Though this should probably have been asked in Recommendations, Susan
