many people use an e-reader, why must we wait?
Many people is already reading this book, but we must wait untill april to read this book
Don't they notice, that the book will be on the net for free in 2 weeks time?
I've preorder this book 4 months ago. Am I suposed to wait to read it? or may I go to the public library and get a copy for free, and save my money for another book?
I really don't understand why I have to wait when I preorder my book a lot of time before it gets out.
If I buy an e-reader, it's because I decided to read a file, because the lack of space at home (I have to many books, I want to continue reading, but my home doesn't grow with my books), so I'm not going to buy this book on a paper edition, so I can borrow it from the library, I can wait till april, or maybe I will download the book for free instead of waiting
What do you think will become the most popular option for the people with e-readers?

Why would you pre-order when it had been announced over a year ago that the ebook would be coming out three months after the hard cover? Did you not look at what you were buying?

> she doesn't want to risk one of these
> not hitting number one
wow--I think not releasing the eBook is just about the only thing in the universe preventing this book from hitting number one...I am not one of those who thinks that this book is required to read in Hardcover and was very interested in reading it on my kindle...because that is not available, I am listening to the audio version which is actually very fun...

I don't think any book "needs" to be printed form. It's about time e-book sales are counted along 'physical' sales. Why wouldn't day be? It doesn't make the book anyless.
I was gutted, having to wait. But wait I did. Wasn't going to give them the satisfaction of buying a printed version when all I wanted was an e-version.

I love e-books, and I have no intention of going back to paper.

I love my kindle and I do wish I had this in ebook form for tha sake of mobility. However that didn't stop me from pre-ordering the hardcover. Some books are worth owning in book form. This is one of them.

Well said, Michael.
To read a book of this magnitude in anything other than paper and glue is a travesty.

I have two Kindles and love them both but it never occured to me to download the ebook version.
