How did you seeit?? Not even Barnes and noble have the image yet?

Just saw it here..

It's very possible, and the idea of her giving back the memories to Liam is totally what I can see happening!
I felt like crying when she let him go!

Where did you read the first chapter of never fade?

Hey Thanks. So did you think it was Chubs or Liam cuz it seemed like it was Liam to me.
So excited to read this next one. October has the best books coming out. It is going to be a busy reading month for me. :)

Yeah I can't wait for October Allegiant and Never Fade are the things I can't Wait for!
Did you hear that the people at BEA 2013 got a copy of Never fade? I'm so upset!

Although its true that girls tend to look mostly at the romance, this book was great at not having it be the main focus. It was kind of more like an afterthought to what was really going on. She ended it that way because it did capture our attention quite well. I don't know about anyone else, but I know that I absolutely loved everything about the book, not just the romance.

I completely agree. Bracken did an amazing job of keeping the heart of the story at the forefront of our minds without clouding it with the romance. My first post was mainly a hopeful wish that Bracken continues to keep the romance as an afterthought. As a guy, I do tend to roll my eyes at the areas of the book that delve into the relationship, but I'm not entirely against it. I think it adds another layer to the book, as long as I don't end up reading a sappy novel about two teenage lovers. The book has a great story at its foundation, and I would hate to see Bracken lose that.

Nah just kidding you all make some great points but girls do like romance and this book gave just enough not to cloud up the story line. Also being a girl just my main concern in this series is if Liam and Ruby get back together. But I love the story line and the awesome story line + the romance is what made this my favourite book.

I cried on the ending, but the first time I cried while reading this book was when I read chapter 19. Bracken made it beautiful with or without romance, but of course I'm very blessed because there is romance.

I thought that it was just intense kissing I didn't really get the sense that it went beyond that. Wasn't she kind of unconscious though? I didn't really get if he went into her mind and made her kiss him or if she just dreamed the whole thing 0.0
As for the note, I remember Clancy saying something about Ruby running to him as soon as she heard he was in danger and she'd asked if he'd do the same and I think he initially said he wouldn't....or that he'd walk....I don't remember it exactly. So the note was basically him saying that if she was in trouble he'd run to help her too >.<

It was just kissing. But he pretty much mind raped her.
I just finished it And I'm a little confused did clancy rape ruby? When he froze her and she blacked out?
But the rest of the book was AMAZING but that ending though ugh my heart hurts!

Maybe mind raped but not the actual physical act. He did kiss her without her permission though. Still it was an invasion.
Thanks I was a little confused :)
But clancy disappeared! I wonder if he is gonna be in the other books and will they turn this into a movie that would be awesome! And Chubs! How many books are in the series?

But you will have to read the next one to see who else shows up :P In Time is the novella right after The Darkest Minds and then Never Fade

I agree with all of that. Love Liam SO MUCH! Ruby's pretty great too. The end absolutely positively KILLED me. I wanted to cry, and do a mental 'noooooooooooooo!!!!!'

It was a little hard to get into and, (Please dont kill me) I was seriously questioning what all the fuss was about. BUT, i kept on reading and after about 100 pages it got awesome and now im soo excited to buy Never Fade! Its gonna be awesome. The ending to The Darkest Minds has left me wanting more. xxx

Yeah, it was a bit hard to get into in the beginning, but once you get going you just can't stop! :)

Just kissing, but I am pretty sure he took advantage of her through her thoughts, since he is an Orange.

Divergent is my favorite book of all time, but I liked The Darkest Minds about equally as much if not more than The Hunger Games!
