Is Robert Pattinson really hot enough to look like Edward from the book?

Not quite. Not that Rob isn't a total hottie, he's just not quite Edward material. Then again, you can't recreate perfection. Edward's just too perfect to have anybody be able to get him just right. However, Rob is pretty close. I was content with him in the movie. Not perfect, but, like I said, nobody's perfect.

i think hes perfect for Edward well i pictured the acting a tiny tiny bit different but other than that i pictured everything the same except carlisle i didn't picture him like that at all i pictured him with brown hair eve though it said blond

In reality, no. They are supposed to be so attractive it is supposed to be scary.But, he does a good enough job to please fans, and he makes money doing it, and I couldn't imagine anybody else doing that part.
