Yes.

If, and ONLY if, the short has also been published separately -- perhaps as an ebook. If so, it should not be combined with the anthology.

Most of the ones you linked were separately published (note that they have ISBNs, and/or publishers and pub dates separate from the collections). I merged the couple that did not have any proof of separate publication (here or anywhere else I could find).
Books mentioned in this topic

When you have an anthology - is the entire collection supposed to be as one entry in GoodReads or do each of the short stories within the anthology get their own separate GoodReads entry?
And, if each gets it's own separate GoodReads entry, should they be "combined" into the anthology entry? What if each short story does have it's own ISBN vs not having it's own ISBN?
To give some more specific detail:
I was looking at Roahl Dahl's Kiss Kiss anthology, which contains 11 short stories (some of which have been published elsewhere too, but never independently, that I am aware of). But, if I search for them individually on GoodReads, I do get "hits" on some, but not all. I guess I'm just confused as to why some may be listed individually and some may not?
Here's a list of the short stories within Kiss Kiss and the ones that I found a separate entry for are linked.
The Landlady
William and Mary
The Way Up to Heaven
Parson's Pleasure
Mrs. Bixby and the Colonel's Coat
Royal Jelly
Georgy Porgy
Genesis and Catastrophe: A True Story
Edward the Conqueror
Pig
The Champion of the World
Hope this makes sense!
