"No reason I had a weak stupid moment is all, I apologize it won't happen again."
She nods. That kinda stung but she pushed it aside. She looked up at the ceiling sadly
"See you around, maybe" he said and then left.
She sighed. Why was he one of the only things that intterupted her thought processes
He ran home in a fit of rage "Why, why could he not kill her, and what was with that kiss?" he kept replaying the whole thing over in his mind.
She brushed a finger over her still tingling lips. She was wondering if he was telling the truth about the kiss. She shook her head. He wouldn't lie about something like that. Who was she kidding?
When he got home he decided he need a vacation from all of it. He began packing his bags for a hunting trip.
She had decide the same thing. She was trying to decide where to go.
He loaded the car he would leave first thing in the morning for his hunting cabin.
She decided on the mountains. There were always some suckers trying to climb them.
He woke early that morning and drove his Jeep for four hours arriving at his hunting cabin ready for some relaxation.
She was in the mountains. She let out a loud howl. (( is he by the mountains or is he far away?))
He checked on his four wheeler and prepared it for a trip to his hunting spots.((close to her))
She was watching for humans. She'd saw a cabin so she knew there was some
He beds down for the night and dreams of hunting in the morning.
He woke early before the sun was up and pulled his four wheeler out of the awning.
He soon pulled into one of his favorite hunting spots and sets up a blind.
He got settled behind the blind and started on his wild turkey call.
she rolled her eyes. she shifted, cracking a branch.
He turned at the sound of a branch breaking. That was no turkey he thought to himself.
She decided to put the dumb-ass-wolf act on. She stepped out, acting like she hasn't noticed him.
He sucks in his breath at the sight of the wolf. it seems familiar somehow, but his hunting here is ruined for the day.
She sniffs the ground. She doesn't look at him. She seems like she doesn't notice him.
He stands and stomps off for his four wheeler ready to head to another spot.
She rolls her eyes. She looks up at him. Her eyes familiar and innocent. She doesn't yet realize who he is
"Damn wolves ruin my relaxation time her too" he muttered under his breath.
She here the voice. She growls softly. Then she howls. She starts running. She hopped on top of his car. The lept down and bounded away.
The hair on the back of his neck raised up as the wolf howled." Crazy fucking wolves in these hills" he muttered.
When she was a few feet away but still in eye shot. She winked at him. It was a familiar wink that reaveals her brownish topaz eyes.
His eyes open wide and his jaw dropped when the recognition hit him."I thought you never hunted in the woods" he called after her.
She shifted " I hunt for hikers!" She called back
He shook his head " should have known"
" but you didn't." She said in his ear. She was some how in his car.
He jumped"quit doing that" he said " look how about a truce, for a few days"
" who said we didn't already have one?" She asked. She was in the passenger seat now. And she hadnt even climbed over the seats. She'd just appeared there
"I don't recall us making one" he said nervously. She was beginning to freak him out."look did you follow me out her to ruin my hunting, I am hardly able to ruin yours."
She appeared on his lap. She brought her finger down the side of his face. " I can take a vacation."
He slid out from under her. "But why must you ruin mine?" he asked in a huffy tone.
She grinned " awww. Is mr.grumpy upset that the bit bad wolf showed up?" She asked in a baby-tone
She pouted " don't be." She whispered. She kissed him softly. Then she was walking away from the car
He sighed in frustration "you know we could hunt together, if you like turkey" he called after her.
" you do realize I'd catch more right?!"
"Not the way you tromp around and break branches" he said beginning to enjoy a little challange.
