She rolled her eyes. " whatever. " she muttered rolling onto her good side.
"Look just try to rest and heal up, I am going to go have a look around things okay"
He takes his rifle and heads out to do some hunting. Taking the four wheeler to one of his favorite spots.
in no time at all he has filled his limit on turkeys and returns home to prepare them for his freezer.
He sees her on the bed asleep and smiles returning to the shed to clean the turkeys.
She rolls over onto her bad side. She woke up instantly wincing.
He worked fast and efficiently on the turkeys getting them ready for freezing.
He wrapped the turkeys and put them in his freezer then headed back into the cabin.
She was in his kitchen ransacking it for food.
He walked in "someone is hungry" he commented "how do you feel about turkey?"
She nods. She was chewing on a raw piece of bacon. " okay."
He hands her a turkey and moves into the small kitchen.
(( is it raw?))She looked at the turkey.
((Yes))He smiles at her "Do you want me to cook it?"
She shook her head " I just wouldn't watch me eat."
"Okay" he turned and went back to the bedroom for a little bit.
She tore into the turkey like a savage beast. It was raw and perfect. She finished it and wipe her mouth on her sleeve.
He waited for about fifteen minutes then thought to return to the kitchen.
She was drinking some water. She needed something to wash down all that turkey.
"Pretty dry turkey?" he asked glancing at the bones.
She shrugged " not as much blood as my usual meal but ill get over it"
She nods then finished the water. She put the glass in the sink
"Feeling better now?" he asks looking her over.
