SOLVED. YA Book - Boy & brother are clones of Hitler in a futuristic society [s]

I'm trying to find a book I read when I was a teenager about a boy who was a clone of HItler (although he does not know that at the start of the book). He lives in a futuristic society where children are "grown" from handpicked genes by their parents in a laboratory, and the only sex anyone has is in simulated virtual reality chambers. He's the son of his nation's leader and he and hi brother are destined to become future rulers.

The main character picked up the excellent oratory and people skills that Hitler had, but lacks his bloodthirstiness and ambition; meanwhile, his brother is extremely violent and driven but lacks his leadership skills. Eventually, the main character meets a girl who was conceived naturally and who shows him the "horrors" of the lab where unwanted embryos are thrown away (it seems to be an anti-abortion commentary). The boy decides they can't continue living in their sanitized, clueless world and starts a revolution.

I'm actually surprised I remember all those details, but not the title! If anyone has any thoughts on what the book may be, I'd love to know. It's been bugging me for weeks!

I know the Boys From Brazil is about Hitler clones...

I know it's not Boys from Brazil because this is a very contemporary Young Adult novel. It was brand new when I read it 5 or 6 years ago and it was definitely geared toward teen readers. Thanks though!! :)
