I only liked Divergent as well. :(

Question!
I want to read
but have not finished The Caster Chronicles could I still read Dangerous Creatures?

It's best not to. There are spoilers for the caster chronicles in dangerous creatures.

my j.d. robb books said on the front of them 'Nora Roberts writing as J.D. Robb' ☺

In behalf of my whole family, my deepest and warmest thank you to everyone. I know my grandpa is happy wherever he is now with my brother and grandma. Thank you guys for giving me strength thru this hard times. May god bless you all. Hugs. :')

Oh, well, that kind of gives it away, yes! :P I haven't read any of the author's books, but would like to, I just don't know where to start.
Irene wrote: ":O I just learned that Nora Roberts and J.D. Robb is the same person! I didn't know that!"I didn't know that until a couple years ago. :)
Sometimes I wonder if Nora Roberts is human...or has clones or something. I mean, how is it even possible to put out SO many books? Although, I must say that even though I don't really read romance, I have liked several of her novels.
*sigh* I want a baby. Like, seriously. When did I become this grown up? It feels like I was 18 just yesterday...

She must have written well over 100 now.

I got my LASIK eye surgery on Thursday... I'm about 48 hours post op now and I can see perfectly! My vision is better than 20/20... The procedure itself was painless just a bit freaky. My eyes are pretty light sensitive but bearable.. I'm taking some time off from reading and already having withdraws!

Haha
Wow! That sounds great! Maybe we should all be saving up for that!
Can you listen to an audiobook or something instead?

Ugh, I made a cake and now I've eaten way too much today. Got to consider doing some exercise to burn it all off!
Oh and something else... I really didn't find my obsession for reading until the Twilight era... I want to read some classics. Recommendations?

Yah that's probably what I'll do for the month of August

The first classic I ever read was Jane Eyre. My gran bought me it, and I thought I'd never read it. Picked it up on a rainy sunday afternoon and got totally hooked! I think I was about 12 or 13? Anyway, that one might be good ☺

It might be great, but I don't think I could go through with the procedure. I can't even use eyedrops, I absolutely hate anything getting too close from my eyes (no, I don't wear contacts)
I used to think contacts were weird but now that I've had them for over a year I love them. There so much better than glasses.
Tatiana wrote: "It might be great, but I don't think I could go through with the procedure. I've triede contacts though, but they weren't good enough when I last tried, so I kept being able to feel them and they sort of hurt my eyes. Not like pain pain, but it was definitely irritating! :/ It's okay though, I like my glasses. To me, it's more unique :D Gotta look at the bright side, right? :)
I've never tried contacts. The thought of having to stick something into my eyes makes me feel weird.
I'm cleaning out my shelves, and I have quite a few books that I do not want anymore. As I won't be able to sell them here in Brazil, as they are in English, I've decided to put them on offer here. They are free, are not new, and will be given away in a first come, first served basis. Here they are:

No dates yet for Marie Lu's book signing. I am guessing it will be on November. It might be on SM Aura. :(

Are they ebooks or real books? If they're real I'm def interested cause I have book shelf space to fill!
