Does it need correcting or is it not something you have written?

I've tweaked the text and removed the attribution to your book. Do you still want it removing?

The popular one is a dreaded QotD. Cue ominous chords from Alien.

I've combined the others and a few more.

C. C. (cjoybellc) | 42 comments Hello, I would like to request that this quote of mine be deleted: http://www.goodreads.com/quotes/40770...

I never intended to be quoted on this and it has affected my personal life in a negative way (as you can imagine it would.) Thank you!

message 412: by C. (new)

C. C. (cjoybellc) | 42 comments i.e.: "You are always unrealistic, and I have your quote to prove it!" that kinda negative.

It looks like you added it yourself over two years ago and also 'liked' it? It has since been liked several times so I think it will probably stay. If you do have problems with it you should contact Customer Support and they can see to it.

I have an assistant. :) It wasn't I who added or who liked it. Anyway, thank you for your reply and I will do as you have suggested and contact customer support. Thank you.

That is one of the hazards of allowing people to login as you using your personal account. You get lumbered with their decisions. Support will fix it.

I've thinned them out. Long, medium, short versions.

I'm surprised that this has never been the QotD.

Ellice | 6 comments Could someone please remove the word "own" from the first sentence and the comma from the second sentence in this C.S. Lewis quote so it matches the original source?

It is also from the novel The Silver Chair (Chapter II), if the book can be added.

Thanks!

There is this version on Google books which seems to be one of the modern UK editions from Harper Collins in 2001 so maybe the missing comma is a USA edition thing.
