The story ends on page 320 but the last printed page (with "notes on the type") would be page 327. Thanks.

I have a question - should the page count also include the appendix?When I registered and started updating the library I've noticed that most of the books I looked didn't include the appendix. Now I see some that do...
What's the rule on this?
