I was talking about the Cartwright family from Bonanza. Every woman one of those guys married died! There were 3 brothers and then the father Ben. He had 3 wives one for each son, and they all died. Every time one of the sons decided to marry some tragedy would happen...dead woman. I tell you any woman who fell for a Cartwright was courting disaster not a guy!Talk later, Brett and Bart want me to come to a poker game. Then I've got to get back to Captain Reynolds on the Serenity. I think He "wired" some guy named Paladin for help.

Haven't gone yet...Mal is still recruiting and of course I had to go to the government surplus store for the bionic parts (I think they had the $6,00,000 man and woman over on the next isle). Last I heard Mal was trying to reach a guy named Stark. Said he was a pretty good engineer for someone from the era and something about a metal suit????

Probably that whole mess about his tower and the invasion. He's not the only one Mal's after though, you should see the list. He seems to be having trouble finding a couple of people named Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers. Some people think they're the same guy. Odd that. I think I'm going home and wait for his call this looks like it could take a while.

Not sure we can ask. When I left there was some guy named Sulu applying as pilot. There was a Kirk, a Janeway and a Picard demanding a spot but they all seemed to think they should be in charge...Kirk was very emphatic and kept using his hands. There as also a Captain Archer off to one side talking to a guy in a cloak who was carrying some kind of collapsing battle staff, his name was Marcus I think. Said he'd been one of the galactic Rangers????
Galactic Rangers? Huh I thought they were no longer together...oh and I would watch Kirk. He's definitely an odd ball.

Oh sorry I do like Kirk...I guess it's Picard who's getting on my nerves. Kirk grows on you. He has this odd friend with pointy ears who's been spending a lot of time with another fellow who was with Picard. Sort of pale green...keeps talking about his "emotion chip"??? Excuse me Kirk said something about introducing me to a green skinned girl from Orion. She sounds nice.
Hmmm well if you two go on a date, I hear Venus is beautiful this time of year. Maybe you can take her one picnic there and watch the asteroids fly by. Very romantic!
Isn't the atmosphere on Venus a bit...thick???? and I hear it's a bit warm, maybe need some 10,000 SPF sun block???
