The bar-Colbie's dreams

Ioan finished the song with the low, minor key and then reached for his beer a moment later, watching her face to see what the girl thought.
Castiel tilts her head to the side and says "I think i like her, although i may have to kick him in the face personally. Why that song then irish boy?", she smiles with interest.

Castiel considers this, she bites her lip thoughtfully and then tilts her head, dark long hair falling across her face. Castiel turns her hazel eyes on Ioan and says "There are always 'what if's', some are just harder to live with than others".

"Yeah and it helps not to think about your own 'what if's', which is a pain in the arse most days" says Cas seriously. Cas stands back up, Ioan makes her nervous, and Cas NEVER gets nervous.

"I think you will find I am the bar woman, YOU are meant to tell me your problems, not the other way around irish boy" says Cas, hand on hip.

"Whatever you say irish boy." answers Cas, she hears Jack shout from storage "Fucking hell Cas, i swear you'd better be working when i get out there". Cas rolls her eyes and leans her hip on the counter, she crosses her arms under her chest, she starts to wish she'd brought her biker jacket with her. Usually wearing as least as possible pisses off Jack and that is satisfying to Cas, but today she was getting the impression that he might just fire her if she pushes it too far, "I LOVE you too Jacky" she calls back.
Cas turns her gold eyes on him and smirks, "I don't cry. I only have to major emotions, i'm either pissed off or i'm being fucked, and i like to keep it that way Irish boy."
Cas gives him the same look right back, "I did" she says with a shrug, no hesitation, "But i'm not very good at the damsel in distress thing irish boy".

Cas returns his grin and says "You think too good of me irish boy, but i won't hurt you....actually i take that back, don't want to be making promises i can't keep", she winks at him and starts to sort out some of the glasses, collecting them off tables.

Cas is about to answer from her spot rubbing down tables when Jack comes out from the back and heads straight for Cas. Jack looks down at Cas and she meets his gaze defiantly, Jack's eyes are full of rage and it makes Cas want to flinch, but she doesn't. Cas crosses her arms, Jack looks down at her chest for a moment before looking back up into her face shaking his head, he knows she does it on purpose to piss him off. Jack takes her arm, hard enough to bruise but Cas doesn't change her expression depite the pain, "I'm going out, try not to fuckng burn the place down Cas, and for fuck sake put some clothes on". Cas merely glares at him.
Right after Jack storms out Cas shakes her head and rubs her arm lightly, a stupid bruise already forming. She gives Ioan a half heated smile and goes back behind the counter.

Cas looks back at him, showing vunerbility in her eyes for only a second before closing herself off again "In what way?" she says.
Cas sighs, her body language completely defensive, "He's always like that, thats what you get for having a job working for your crazy ex" she says.
"I've made a few bad decisions in my life, i wanted to move out of my dad's because he....never mind" she says and then turns away from Ioan.
"It's all a bit..complicated...jesus that sounds shit" she says with a humourless laugh. Cas wipes down the counter, avoiding eye contact with Ioan, his innocently curious gaze is hard to ignore.

Cas leans back and closes her hazel eyes for a moment before lifting herself onto the counter and sitting there, "Yeah i know" she says simply.
Cas gestures around and says "Unless it picks up then yes, there's nothing to do. Why, do you want something?" she arches an eyebrow and bites her lip teasingly.
"I can handle myself" she says darkly and pushes some of her long dark brown hair away from her face.
"Thanks for the concern Irish boy, but i've been treated worse and survived" she says simply. Cas moves closer to Ioan and lets her legs fall over the side next to him.

"Deserve is a strong word, maybe i do, maybe i'm just that bad" she says watching Ioan closely "Irish boy..."

Cas bites her lips quite hard in thought for a moment then returns her eyes to his "I don't know, it just stands out about you, i like it" she says finally.

Cas grins, she starts to swing her legs gently, one brushes Ioan's arm lightly as she says "I don't know, i've just always had a thing for it".
"Deep shit irish boy" murmers Cas with an arched eyebrow as she waits for him to start.
