oh bummer...I'm getting its actual book then. LOL

Don't know that. I have been Scribd's member for a long time. Sometimes we can read the whole story there, but sometimes some pages are blocked to encourage us to buy the book. Sometimes we can only read excerpts.

I tried to buy the book on our local bookstore. The supervisor didn't even know it... hahahah

It used to be self-publishing, i think that's why you can still read it for free, but yeah, you have to pay for it now.

I usually buy the books I love or simply to support the writer. It is just sad that I can get them here long after the book is released. Sometimes I have to persuade the store to get the books for it is excruciatingly expensive if I order from them.

Amazon is awesome, but some regulations our government set have made it so annoying in waiting for my book to arrive. I preordered City of Fallen Angels before and it arrived 1.5 months after it was actually released.

And we don't have Kindle or Nook here... to complete the misery... hahahaha

Lulz. ;-)
That's actually a pretty good point.

Dana WHAT?? I love Morgan Freeman and Will Smith. But they are way to old to play Jace. And they would required way to much pay..lol...I also believe that Jace is a little lighter colored also. IT would be like Harrison Ford or Brad Pitt playing in roots as the main character....I think you are just trying to start a fight....nothing better to do>>>Go read a book

Yep... we do not have Kindle or Nook here, so we hardly support the writer by buying ebook versions. Hardcopy or paperback editions only.

The website is amazing, I think I will try it, if waiting for the book is too much... :) I hope our government will not charge extra fee, as they do any International shipping.

Lucky me, for the bookstore is now very familiar with Mortal Instruments series, so I can get my book 2 weeks after it is published.

Cool. But seriously? Your Government charges you money EVEN when the website says it's free shipping. I don't find that right...

Hahahaha... I read Angelfall from Scribd before. I think some pages are missing gradually... (confused). My friend has downloaded it for me...

It's free shipping from the provider, but our government adds up some entrance? fee. Sometimes it is cheap (like goods from Amazon) but my friend said she paid quite a lot for ASOS.

Not right yep!! Just like it is awful not to have access to Kindle or Nook. I even contact them for a way out, but they say that they don't have agreement with our government.

Poor me.... hehehehee

I waited & waited patiently.... but nothing came up.

I suppose it has to do with a box on the top right saying
"This title is not available for customers from your location in: Asia & Pacific"

ARRG!! That happens to me a lot, too :( Sorry.

Tanjlisa Marie This thread is too funny!! I don't like it when Hollywood takes characters from their original intentions and twist them for political purposes. This goes for any situation. If the author describes the character as having pale skin with blond hair and blue eyes...uh, I don't think the actor to portray this will be black. lol. Too funny!!

You're right, he should probably be Jewish or Mexican instead. Silly me.

I hate everyone who isn't just like me and isn't the same race as me. Except for blacks, because if I hated them then I would be a racist.
