Cant remember book- Something with Limit in it, [s]

This is a new book i've picked up from the library but forgot it in my locker and cant for the life of me remember its name. Anyways, its about a boy who's parents go over the limit which is a debt system that if you go over your kid gets taken by the government. So his parents go over and he gets taken. I CANT REMEMBER THE NAME GRRRR. It was such a good book and I also need it for a book report.
