2013 January Pick It For Me! Challenge
Hey Emily, I just finished A Hidden Fire by Elizabeth Hunter. What a great book! I don't give out many 5 star ratings, but this one deserves it. I can't believe it was free on Kindle. Thanks for the pick! Julie
Carla I finished my first readYou Slay Me Finished on 1/14/13. this was a great fun read. I'm looking forward to reading more about Aisling and Jim was so funny.
I've finished a two of my picks in the last few days. I loved I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier, and now I'm part of the growing crowd waiting not so patiently for the next book to come out! I listened to The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom, and thought it was very cute, and the narration was absolutely amazing. This was the first time I'd listened to anything by Bronson Pinchot, but it definitely won't be the last! Thanks for the picks, Shell - I'd like to fit at least one more in this month, but I'm just not sure if it's going to happen.

Hi Joyce! I totally forgot to check in after I finished
. I really enjoyed it :) It was different to what I'd usually pick and I went straight on to read the second.
Hi Karen, I finished my second pick - Extreme Exposure by Pamela Clare. It was a reread for me, but I wanted to listen to the audio since I had heard such good things about it. I love this book and this series! And the audio is pretty darn good too - I can't wait to hear what Kaleo Griffith does with some of the other heroes in this series!!

finished my 2nd PIFM the other day,
. love it!I didn't know what to think about this type of hero at first. He definitely wasn't alpha but not quite beta... so was he a gamma? I wasn't sure. Normally, I'm all about alphas, but something about Robert just made me root for him. While I did enjoy the first 75% of the book, the last 25% pretty much distracted me from the story of the H/h. But I still gave it 5 stars due the refreshing uniqueness of the couple.
Breann !
Starting off with Cut and Run :D
So excited !!

I've read the first five books.
came out in December and I bought it at the start of this month. I'm planning to start it soon.I love Gini Koch's humor. Kitty usually manages to hit the right level of snark without crossing the line over into annoying. Her parents are a hoot, too.
Another plus, Koch's love of comic books is apparent. Somehow, she manages to inject some of that comic book mentality into her plot lines without making it just a comic book in novel format.
Read my pick Down to You....I enjoyed reading it. I will continue with the second one soon! Thanks again for the picks!
I hope after reading it , I come knocking for membership to the club :D :D
Hey Christy,I just read Shadow's Claim by Cole and gave it 3 stars. I enjoyed it and would have given it 4 if the female lead didnt tic me off so much.
Thanks for the rec.
Tiffanny:I just finished
The MacKade Brothers: Rafe and Jared by Nora Roberts and loved it. Can't believe it's been sitting on my shelf for so long and I'm just not getting to it. Now on to Shane and Devin's stories.... I've already pulled the book from my shelves. Thanks so much for the rec!

Larissa, I finished my third pick this month,
which was a light, fun chick-lit romance involving an everyday woman with small secrets and her hot-shot man with a big one. Lots of interesting characters and plot twists. Thanks for the pick, I enjoyed it!
Lexa, I finished
earlier, thought it was great. Thank you. Not one of the two I said I was going to read from your recs. I'm hoping to get to them as well.

Hi Karen, I had back surgery last week. Not fun, but hopefully just the first step on getting back to normal! I guess I'm about a quarter inch taller now though - and I can use every fraction of an inch I can get! =P

Brittany, I finished Bared to You yesterday. It was good thank you. I'll probably continue with the series but I'm hoping the characters become somewhat more likable as the relationship progresses. As ultra rich Roarke overcomes the bitchiness that is Eve... oops got a bit confused... I mean as ultra rich Gideon overcomes the bitchiness that is Eva I see parallels to several other books I've read. It needs something to differentiate itself from the rest of the field.
