lol I'm already looking forward to three of the nominations (Hounded, Hob's Bargain & Vengeance), so I'm going to stay out of it this time :)

Some sleuthing discovered that this is available in both Kindle and paperback on Amazon, but the author didn't submit both versions under the exact same title, so they aren't linked. I couldn't find it at any other retailer in any version, though, so it isn't necessarily widely available.
If any of the people who nominated or seconded this are in communication with the author, you might want to let him know about the problem with the titles. Amazon will almost certainly help him get the two versions linked if he contacts them through Author Central.
