I too love all eras of historical fiction, but my most favorite envelops the American Civil War.

I love to learn about the wars. Like World War II. It just really fascinates me. Also I like to learn about the medieval ages.

I also like WWII novels. I'm thinking of All the Light We Cannot See, and the Book Thief.

Hi Rachel, I'm just starting 'Murder in Absentia' by Assaph Mehr, a fantasy novel set in Ancient Rome. It's received heaps of awards, so maybe one to add to your TBR?

Any part of the history where the historical figures are powerful women. (e.g Cleopatra, Theodora, Abigail Adams, etc)
