SOLVED. Science-Fiction type book about a clone/alien type boy on the run from a secret organization [s]

I read this book around two to three years ago in school, but I no longer go there and for the life of me can't remember the name. The book was about a teenage boy who was on the run from these government agents or some type of secret organization. He was some type of clone or alien, but the book doesn't state what exactly he is. I believe it was set in London. He also had a girlfriend who was a little older than him, and she helped him try to stay safe from the group that was trying to take him. If I remember correctly, his blood was a strange color and his health regenerated quickly.
