Nate, it helps if you take a shower and drink lots of water and hold your had in your hands or lie down on your side. Outward pressure on your head helps with the inner pressure inside your head. (:

As for the migraines, I've gotten really good at not crying. Haven't vomited yet. Done a lot of gagging, though. That's always fun. And that doesn't make it feel better either. Blech.
It's been a few days since my last migraine. Perhaps I'm due for one today?
