Hey there! I am a true blue King fan. I also enjoy McCammon, Koontz, Spruill, Beck and the list goes on. A friend loaned me The Stand several decades ago and the rest is history. I am looking forward to exchanging some thoughts with my fellow SK fans.

Hi All, I am new to this group even though i have never read a Stephen King book. What would be a good starting point please? What book would you suggest? i've read John Grisham before.

I would say if you like John Grisham and wanted to try Stephen King the books to start with would be Misery and/or The Shining. Both books show Kings mastery of suspense and psychological tension.

Hi Im Radha I’m 12 and I love reading Stephen King! I have only 3 books but I am getting the Colorado kid series! I have the shining, IT and The Green mile!

Hello there! My name is Ariel Palenik! I am a brand new published author of the book “What’s Wrong With 1961” which can be found on Amazon… I am also a huge fan of Stephen King’s! In fact he is partly why I decided to write a book… I own 7 of his books and plan on getting his brand new one “You Like It Darker.” I’ve seen many of his movies. My favorite being “Christine”
My favorite book of his however “so far” is “Misery.”

Hello 👋 my name is Jacqueline, 44 yrs old 3 children 2 grandchildren. Love reading since a small child. I rather physical books over ebooks and over audio books. I love a good book jacket design/cover. Will buy book based on cover alone most of the time. Love to find new reads and old reads. Never read a book twice. I also read multiple books 📚. I see books as movies 🎥 which as we know pretty much are so I can pick a horror and then a literature book, mystery etc. I love to envision my own cast of characters for the novel I read.
