5. Do you think La Corda d'Oro is better as an anime since you can actually hear the music?

I haven't read it in a really long time, so I can't answer 1...
2. Drop the violin, put the fairy in a bottle, and prove to my friends that THEY DO EXIST.
3. Violin. Thus I have no need for a magical one. XD
4. I'd like to try playing that video game. Bet it's fun, and we don't get too many female dating sims in the states (or really any dating sim, for that matter)
5. Whenever music is involved, nine times out of ten the anime is better. The only exception I can think of is Elemental Gelade, where the anime didn't have any of the songs as "songs"

I like your answer to number 2. :P
1. Personally, I like Ryotaro. He and Kahoko have known each other for a while and I feel like there's more depth to his character.
2. I'd ask for a magical piano instead. I'll expand in question 3.
3. I took piano lessons, but one, I can't pay for them anymore. And two, I have very little musical inclination, so a magical piano would help me understand music better.
4. Honestly, the video game sounds more fun than the manga.
5. I definitely prefer this as an anime. I like being able to actually hear the songs, rather than just being told what pieces the characters are playing than seeing little notes floating on the page.

My favorite is Keiichi, if he can really be called a love interest. He is a rather interesting character. He lives and breathes music, falls asleep in public places because he loses track of time when he plays music, but he also participated in the sports event (not sure what it's called). However, he doesn't question or judge Kahoko.
2. What would you do if a fairy gave you a magical violin?
I would try playing it and enroll in music classes at a college so I could learn how to play it.
3. Do you play any instruments? If so, what and for how long?
I don't play any instruments.
4. What do you think of La Corda d'Oro being based on a video game?
I am glad that both were created because I really like the manga and I started listening to classical music. I'd like to try playing the video game.
5. Do you think La Corda d'Oro is better as an anime since you can actually hear the music?
It might be, but I don't have access to it. Instead I wrote down the names of the pieces played by the characters and looked them up on youtube. I still prefer the manga.

1.Len don't ask me why that would be spoiler-ish.
2.Replace my own violin, and become the next big thing and play in Lady Gaga's video! Plus I would be happy fairies exist!!
3.I play the violin *coincidence*
4.I love some anime/manga based on video games. But not really into the La Corda Dóro games. They are not my type. But I think story wise it is good.
5.Yes it is! Cause I 'didn't knnow some pieces when I read them!
Genre: Fantasy, Romance
Description: Every few years, the prestigious Seisho Academy holds a prominent musical competition, and only the very best students at the Academy are allowed to participate. Though all are eligible to apply, only students from the music department actually make it to the competition...until now.
Kahoko is a normal student in the general education department with absolutely no musical skill, but all that changes when she catches a glimpse of an elusive fairy who lives on campus. The fairy grants Kahoko a magic violin, and before she knows it, she's nominated to participate in the school's music competition with five very attractive boys. Will she win love and fame, or will bitter rivalry rule the day?
