Have you decided on what you are making? Need any help?
I'm going to make Panettone. We'll see how that goes! :)

I am also making Peppermint Bark again this year, which is new-ish to me - it seems to be very much a US thing and I only ran across it on Pinterest last year. And I will keep looking for other things too.
Challenge finished!
If I can get a picture I'll post one.
A few notes...
I bought one to compare since I've never had Pannettone and I wanted to make sure my final product at least resembled the version you see in the store. The baked one was definitely a better texture than the store bought one. The one I baked wasn't as sweet as the store bought one. Neither of them were as sweet as say a cinnamon roll but the store bought version definitely was sweeter.
It was pretty intensive to make and I'm not sure I liked it enough to do it again. But the experience was fun!

Pick something seasonal (so, not necessarily Christmassy but could be wintery or a Diwali thing or whatever) from a different country or culture to your own.
So.. let's say you are from the US and have never made Krumkake or you are Christian you could make sufganiot or you are Indian you could make gingerbread... you get the idea!
