Kandice I have never seen one before. That one, however, is mucho creepy! It certainly peaked MY interest.

Allison (inconceivably) I'm not watching that. I refuse to add another book to my TBR list.

message 3: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) Why, yes! I think that might be it ;)

Allison (inconceivably) erm...well. me too :) my own TBRs are sadly neglected right now.

Allison (inconceivably) those are really cool though! can you find a bunch by just searching "book trailers" or something?

message 6: by Kandice (new)

Kandice I think you are right, Fiona. I thought it was kind of cool to watch...once. I don't think I will look for more. How did you stumble across that, anyway?

message 7: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) Eh, I don't like it. I had never heard of them before, but I still don't like the concept. I want to make my own images of the characters and places not what the publishing company wants to me to see. That's what movies are for. It takes the magic out of the book for me.

Liz (arcanepenguin) | 285 comments I watched the trailer and scrolled down to comment, but Jackie pretty much said it all.

Robin (robinsullivan) | 997 comments I love the idea of book trailers - but then again one of my favorite part of going to movies is the "coming attractions". I can't say that I liked the one Fiona posted -- Sorry ;-( It just creeped me out a bit. Here is the book trailer for my hubby's book. The Publisher did one as well (this one Michael did) and I like it better.
