I enjoy the subs mainly because I like listening to Japanese. It's helpful since I've been teaching myself Japanese but aren't around any native speakers so can't listen to it. However I agree with everyone that you cannot expect to pick up Japanese purely from watching anime. It's only part of the equation.

Ouran High School Host Club is one of the only ones that I love the dubbed version over the orignal Japanese.

Sub!!! I like hearing how the character really sounds. Cause I've watched all the Bleach episodes subbed and I'm currently watching the dubbed ones as they come on tv and Toshiro sounds terrible in english!!! I like the Japanese voices so much better!!!

I like subs but I have no problem with dubs. In fact I prefer to watch them when I don't feel like paying attention.

I prefer Eng-dubs. I always hated subtitles :P
But subs really help when you're trying to learn Japanese C:
If there's an English voice actor I don't particularly like for a character I switch to subs if they're available.

I can't stand fan dubs.
